The coastal land is also home to one of the most ancient and perfected health care system-Ayurveda. Nowhere Ayurveda is practiced as expansively as Kerala does. It is believed that this holistic healthcare system provides remedies for various illnesses and prescribes ideal lifestyle to prevent the onset of sickness and diseases. Day 01:  Arrive Cochin + Drive to Munnar (135 kms / 4 hrs)

On arrival at Cochin , you are met and drive to Munnar. Arrive Munnar in the noon and check into the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 02:   Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy sight seeing trip of Munnar; visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, the Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town , the town market etc… Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 03:  Drive Munnar – Thekkady (110 kms / 3.5 hrs) 

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Arrive Thekkady in the noon and check into the hotel. Later time free for own activities or for optional wildlife cruise. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.  

Day 04:  Drive Thekkady – Kumarakom (130 kms / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Kumarakom. Arrive Kumarakom in the noon and check into the hotel / resort. Rest of the day free for own activities. Overnight in the hotel / resort.

Day 05:  Drive Kumarakom – Cochin + Departure (95 kms / 2.5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Cochin . On arrival at Cochin , you are dropped at airport / rail station in time for your journey to onward destination.
