The cities of Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Amber are all living examples of the royalty that once resided in Rajasthan. The Forts, Palaces and Havellis in these Cities are all testimony to this. The Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace of Jodhpur, Lalgarh Palace of Bikaner, City Palace of Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer Fort, Junagarh Fort, Chittorgarh Fort keeps the traveler or tourist mesmerized by their beauty.
Day 01: Arrival Delhi
Arrival at Delhi airport or Delhi railway station (on your own), you are then transferred to your hotel. Later, enjoy a city tour of Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat, drive past Jama Masjid and the Red Fort. Time permitting, shop in the local market of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon visit Qutub Minar, Akshardham temple, India Gate and the Lotus Temple. During your tour drive past the President's House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings.
Day 02: Agra (204 kms. / approx. 5 hour drive)
Today your journey continues to another historical and romantic city of Agra. Enroute visit Sikandara - the mausoleum of Emperor Akbar. Thereafter proceed to visit Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Continue the tour visiting the Agra Fort containing the Royal residential palaces, the Halls of Public and Private Audience and beautiful gardens (B)
Day 03: Jaipur (232 kms. / approx. 5 hour drive)
This morning proceed to the Pink City of Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri - once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. On arrival at Jaipur, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colourful city. (B)
Day 04: Jaipur
Take a full day sightseeing tour and visit Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar observatory. Overnight stay at the hotel. (B)
Day 05: Jaipur to Bikaner (350 kms. / Approx. 8 hour drive)
From Jaipur, transfer to Bikaner Check into the hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel. (B)
Day 06: Bikaner to Jaisalmer (350 kms | 8 hrs)
Take a full day sightseeing tour and visit Junagarh Fort, Anup Mahal, Gaj Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Deshnok Temple and Sadual Museum. After proceed Jaisalmer Overnight stay at the hotel. (B)
Day 07: Jaisalmer
Take a half-day sightseeing tour and visit Jaisalmer Fort, Jain temple and havelis. Rest of the day at leisure. Take a drive to the Sam sand dunes in the evening. Overnight stay at the sam tent. (B.D)
Day 08: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (295 kms | 8 hrs)
from Jaisalmer, transfer to Jodhpur Check into the hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel. (B)
Day 09: Jodhpur
Take a full day sightseeing tour and visit: - Ummaid Bhawan Palace, Meharangarh Fort mandor garden and Jaswant Thada. Overnight stay at the hotel. (B)
Day 10: Jodhpur
Morning breakfast at hotel. Intime check out from the hotel and transfer to Jodhpur air port / Railway Station. (B)
